Rodrigo Galindo is the Founding and Managing Partner of Vidya Capital.
Graduated in Law and holds a master’s degree in Education from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), Rodrigo Galindo has held leadership positions in various Brazilian educational institutions. At the age of 21, he implemented his own college, becoming the youngest entrepreneur in higher education in the country. From 2007 to 2010, he served as CEO of Grupo Educacional IUNI, one of the largest in the country. In 2010, he assumed the position of COO of Kroton Educacional S.A. (former name of Cogna Educação S.A.) and in 2011 became CEO with the challenge of transforming Cogna into the largest private education company in Brazil.
Rodrigo Galindo is Chairman of Cogna Educação S.A., listed on B3, and Vasta Educação, a company of the Cogna Group listed on Nasdaq; a member of the Board of Directors of Suzano Papel e Celulose and a member of the Board of Directors of Instituto Empreendedor Endeavor Brasil.
André Casado is a Partner and Director at Vidya Capital.
With more than 10 years of experience in M&A, infrastructure and capital markets, in Brazil and abroad. Has a bachelor and a MBA degree from Insper.
Fabrizio Musso is an analyst at Vidya Capital.
He holds a degree in Law from PUC-Rio, with an emphasis on capital markets,
a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Alumni COPPEAD, and an
MBA in Finance from the University of Bordeaux. He has over 6 years of
experience in M&A projects, Private Equity and Venture Capital investments,
and capital markets operations.
